DS 160 Form
Individuals who are willing to visit the United States on a temporary visa, including the B-1/B-2 visitor visas, requires DS-160 form. Each visitor needs to have their own DS-160 form. What is DS-160 form?

DS 160 Validity
The validity of DS 160 form is 30 days from the day you have completed it and received confirmation. If you complete the DS 160 form on January 1, it will be expired on January 31. Complete the form on time, or you will need to fill the form again
